If the file size is over 80MB, we also accept reduced size file. However, it
must be in proportional and high resolution. (or simply compressing the file size)
Which format should I use to reduce the file size?
For any large file we should be able to accept scaled PDF
files. Please let us know in what percentage has the artwork been reduced
to. eg. If your artwork is set up at 10%, all images should be set up at
1000ppi to allow for scaling
FORMAT
We only accept files in the following format:

We require image resolution of 150dpi final output size
If the print size is less than A1 size, we need them to be at least 250dpi

In order to check the resolution of the artwork, please open the artwork in
actual size and enlarge the artwork to 100%.

The reason for this is to avoid font and layer problems of the pdf files.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded (OUTLINE ALL THE TEXTS in the file)
and rasterized. All texts should be outlined, images should be flattened to
one layer, invisible layer should be deleted. It is advised to save file as PDF

ARTWORK SETTING Colour
COLOUR
All artworks must be converted to CMYK mode
- For rich black, please use 50/25/25/100 (C/M/Y/K)
- If colour is of particular concern, specify testing to match certain colours
and test prints. Extra charge applies
- However due to the inherent differences between digital and offset
printing, and the diversity of products we supply, certain PMS colours and
effects such as duotones can sometimes be difficult to emulate.
- We do NOT warranty over colour variation of PMS which was not supplied
COLOUR MATCHING
There might be colour variance from print to print due to reasons such as
difference in ink, printer, temperature, media batch, and coating etc. If colour is
your particular concern, specify testing to match certain colours. We can provide
a Premium Colour Matching Service to meet your requirement(s).
3 Types of Colour Matching Services available:
PMS Colour Matching
We will process a test print based on the PMS colour(s) with the Pantone
number provided.
Recommendation:
This is suggested if you have the PMS code, e.g. when the company logo
is required to match a specific PMS code. Please note that PMS colour
code is generally broken down into CMYK and RGB combined colour
values. We can only match CMYK indicating PMS colours.
