I placed a last minute order yesterday afternoon and discovered that your customer service is absolutely excellent!
I was slightly concerned that you wouldn't be able to provide a next day delivery but you processed my order immediately and quickly confirmed that my parcel would arrive today.
I received confirmation of a one-hour delivery slot by text and email this morning and I have just received my parcel - exactly as promised.
As a small business owner, I really appreciate the speed and efficiency of your service.

- Today I received the replacement displayers – thank you so much for a quick and efficient service in replacing these items – I have been very impressed with your company.
When I went to try and order on-line the site closed on me as I went to pay and I lost all my order details – then a lady from your company called to see if she could help and she did the order for me there and then on the phone which I was very impressed with.
Then again you have followed through and given excellent service.
